Large horizontal CNCs composes the core of our workshop, with capability to machine parts more than 1500mm long; then a fully automated robotic washing grant cleanilness standard compliant results.

In detail, our workshop is composed by:

Machines:

• Large Pallet size 1000mm / 800mm:
  • 1x Makino A120nx; workpiece volume Ø 2100 x 1800 mm
  • 6x Makino A92nx; workpiece volume Ø 1500 x 1500 mm
  • 2x Mori Seiki NH8000 DCG
  • 1x DMG Mori DMC 80 U 5-axis

• Medium Pallet size 630mm / 500mm:
  • 3x Makino A81nx
  • 2x Mori Seiki NH6300
  • 2x Mori Seiki NH5000
  • 2x Mori Seiki SH500

• Traditional CNCs for tooling and fixtures manufacture

Washing:

• Fully automated line with robotic high pressure deburring and ultrasonic treatment
• 2x Stand-alone stations with automatic loading system

After machining operations:

• Sunnen Honing machine
• Leak test stations
• Lines for components assembly (plugs, liners, bushings)
